Attending or organizing events and constantly networking

According to statistics, about 55 per cent of candidates said they already had a prior relationship or contact with a company before applying.

Employees can make great brand ambassadors and according to a Glassdoor report, 76 per cent of candidates want specific details on what makes a company a great place to work.

With the pandemic changing how recruiters hire, hiring remotely has now opened a whole host of talent outside of your competitive job market.
