Custom integrations and workflow automation for the system you already run. No migration, no new software, no waiting for a release.
HIPAA compliant. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any access.
We work with any EHR or practice management system, including:

Someone on your team exports a report every Monday and retypes it somewhere else. New patients get entered twice, once in your EHR and once in a state portal. The intake form your specialty actually needs does not exist, so staff work around it with a paper form and a scanner.
You have asked your vendor. Depending on the vendor, you were told it is on the roadmap, or quoted five thousand dollars and up to build it, plus a monthly maintenance fee for as long as you use it.
So it stays manual, and someone absorbs it into their week.
We build the thing your vendor won’t, inside the system you already have.
New patients entered once in your EHR and again in a state registry. Referrals that arrive by fax and get keyed in by hand. Lab or imaging results that live in one system and are needed in another. We move the data automatically, on a schedule, with a report showing nothing was missed.
Immunization registries, prescription monitoring, Medicaid portals, public health reporting. Mandatory, high volume, and almost none of them offer a connection your EHR can use. We automate them the way a person would use them, so nobody sits there doing it one record at a time.
The report that almost exists but is missing the three fields you need. Data trapped in your EHR that you want in a spreadsheet, a dashboard, or another system, refreshed daily instead of rebuilt by hand every month.
Eligibility checks, claim status lookups, chart prep, patient outreach. Anything a staff member does the same way dozens of times a day, we can run automatically and route only the exceptions back to a person.
If your version of this isn’t listed, it’s probably still buildable. Most of what we do has never been built before.
We work with any EHR or practice management system. Where an API exists we use it. Where one doesn’t, our software operates the system the same way your staff does, which means we are not blocked waiting on your vendor’s approval or their integration fees.
We get into your system, watch how the work is done now, and find out what is actually possible. Most of what makes a project easy or hard is invisible from outside, so nobody should be quoting you before this happens, us included.
You get one page: what gets built, which systems it touches, what done looks like, what it costs. A fixed price, not an estimate. The review fee comes off it.
Most projects take one to three weeks. You are not managing us. One check-in a week, same day each week, fifteen minutes.
We run it alongside your current process until the output matches, then switch over. You get written documentation and training for whoever uses it daily, not just whoever signed.
If the review shows the project is not worth doing, we tell you that and you have spent the cost of a review instead of five figures.
Four different systems, four different problems. The common thread is that in each case the vendor either could not do it or wanted five figures and a year.
The system review is one session. We get into your system, and you leave knowing what is possible and what it would cost. If you go ahead, the review fee comes off the project.
Every project gets a fixed price. It depends on how many systems are involved and how much the workflow branches. You get the price in writing before any work starts, so there is no hourly meter and no surprise invoice.
Anything that keeps running is priced separately. A one-time build is a one-time fee. Something that runs every day needs to be monitored and maintained, so that carries a monthly fee, quoted up front with the project. We will tell you which one yours is during the review.
No retainers, no platform fees, no per-user licensing. You pay for the build and, if it runs continuously, for keeping it running.
Almost certainly. Where your system offers a connection for outside software, we use it. Where it doesn’t, our software operates the system the same way your staff does, through the screen. That means we are not waiting on your vendor to approve anything or charge you for access.
For most projects, no. You need a user account for us with the right permissions, the same as you would create for a new employee.
Nothing breaks. We work inside your systems, with your accounts, doing what your staff would do by hand. If we vanished tomorrow your team goes back to the manual process exactly as before. Nothing of yours is locked inside software you can’t reach.
We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any access is granted, and we work inside your systems rather than copying your data into ours. Access is logged and limited to what the specific project requires.
Most projects run one to three weeks from signed scope to delivery. Larger ones with several systems can run four to six. The review tells you which yours is before you commit.
We run the new process alongside your existing one and compare the output before anything switches over. You see it working on your own data before you rely on it.
You’re not. We don’t replace or migrate anything. Your system stays exactly as it is, and we build around it.
Book a system review. We look at how the work is done now, tell you what is possible, and give you a fixed price. If it isn’t worth building, we say so.
